Interval timer / CrossFit timer for workouts, in which there is no advertising.

  A pleasant and convenient application in which your workouts are accompanied by flash, vibration, and also sound signals.

  It is possible to set the mode:
- "Tabata" mode
- "Stopwatch +" mode

  It is possible to change the settings:
- Number of rounds;
- Work time;
- Rest time;
- Function "Delayed start" from 1 to 9 seconds;

  The "Tabata" mode is a kind of fitness intensity. Very intensive training. One cycle of tabata takes only 4 minutes. During this time, you have time to do 8 exercises (20 seconds per each) with short respites of 10 seconds.

  The "Stopwatch +" mode is an interval mode for more intensive workouts, with a progress line, also has a configurable interval of sound reproduction and visual statistics of the rounds!
